Just saw Get Sauced, a 45 minute documentary about roller derby. Not a bad little film, check it out if you have the chance.

Our arrival into Buffalo didn’t go quite as smoothly as I’d hoped. I had high expectations of being able to catch last night’s feature film, Niagara, Falls, before finding our way to our hotel. It wasn’t to be, though. We ended up having to walk a good distance in the rain to find something to eat. Then it was a lengthy cab ride to our hotel. So no film for us last night. On the positive side, though, the festival’s presence at our hotel is noticeable. We were greeted by a large BNFF poster board with the entire schedule on it, and there were festival programs and promo materials at the desk. We are definitely looking forward to our first day of festival events today.
